Booked by the block, not the hour
Theo sells the day in sittings and lays it out as a menu — his wording, not ours. Take the block you need and the piece fills it.
The retainer
A $100 retainer holds the date and comes off the end of the day’s total. Move it before 3pm the day before and it carries forward. Miss that window and the retainer is spent, another $100 rebooks, and a same-day reschedule is $50.

Quoted whole — full sleeves
A sleeve is drawn as one composition and quoted as one price, then split across sittings. Nothing starts until you have seen the drawing.
