Phased interior programs in occupied buildings. Scheduled around residents, tracked floor by floor, and reported on so the board always knows where the job stands.
Reconfigured to open the galley into the living room. Quartz island with seating, stainless appliance run, pendant cluster above.
Ensuite and guest, done together to share the rough-in. Frameless glass, oak slat wall, floating vanities, large-format porcelain to the ceiling.
Counter and sill cut from the same slab so the veining runs through the corner. Brass gooseneck over a wide undermount sink.
